Add grated carrot, chopped beans and cabbage, and allow it to get cooked well. Add chilli, turmeric, garam masala, pepper powders, and salt to taste. Mix well with cooked potato.

Keep another pan for frying cutlets. Pour 100 ml oil to pan. When oil gets hot, make cutlets in oval or round shape. Dip it in corn flour mixed in water of thick consistency and then in bread powder. Put in hot oil in medium flame.

After it becomes brown in colour make it upside down in oil and when both sides are of same colour, remove cutlets from oil and place in bowl containing tissue paper so that excess oil get absorbed in tissue paper. Use the cutlets with tomato source.
