Method :
When pan gets hot add 2 tsp oil, mustard, chopped small onion, a pinch of salt, stir until its colour changes to white.
Add big onion and stir until its colour changes to white, add green chillies chopped,curry leaves,chopped ginger- garlic paste, and stir until the smell of ginger and garlic comes.
Then add pepper, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt to taste, and stir till its colour changes.
Add chicken pieces, water, and cook this for 25 min, in between stir occasionally. |
