Method of Preparation :
Heat some oil in a pan and start sautéing out the green chillies, ginger and garlic one after the other. When they turn into light brown shade, add coriander leaves to the pan and mix well.
Now add tamarind pulp- for an extra tangy taste, and salt, to the mixture according to your taste. Transfer the mixture into the mixie jar and add shredded coconut to it and grind well till it forms a fine paste.
Transfer the paste to a bowl and spread it on the bread slices. Toast the slices in a bread toaster. Here we are done with our coriander sandwich. |
