Channa Dal Vada

Ingredients:
Green Mirchies : 4
Channa Dal : 2cups
Salt : to taste
Onion : 1 small
Garlic : 5
Jeera : 1/2spoon
Gingergarlic Paste : 1spoon
Curry Leaves,Coriander Leaves : some
Oil : for frying
Baking Soda : 1pinch

Method:

First take the channa dal and soak it for 6hours.

After 6hours take the channa dal in to the jar in this add mirchies,coriander leaves,curry leaves,salt,onion,ginger garlic paste, garlic,jeera and baking soda grand it not very smooth paste and keep aside.

Make small round balls and press them to a round shape and make a deep fry in the oil.

When vadas comes brown colour take it in a plate.

When excess oil is removed serve it with tomoto sauce or coconut chutney.

And enjoy it
