Arshad Warsi Khan made his movie debut with 'Tere Mere Sapne' (1996) along with Chandrachur Singh, Priya Gill and Simran. But, to his ill luck, the movie failed to click at the box office. After that he did a series of inconsequential films like 'Betaabi' (1997), 'Hogi Pyar ki Jeet'(1999), 'Hero Hindustani' (1998), 'Mujhe Meri Biwi Se Bachaao' (2001) etc which bombed at the box-office and did not do much good for him as an actor. But Arshad got a chance to prove his mettle in the film   'Munnabhai MBBS' (2003) where he played the character Circuit and this role brought out his perfect comical timing and act. Now he is doing more comedy after Munnabhai. 'Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya' (2005), 'Salaam Namaste' (2005), 'Sehar' (2005) etc are a few of his good performances. He has also worked for 'Sahara TV’s serial 'Karishma'. Arshad is married to model cum actress Maria Goretti and they have a son Zeke Zidaan who acted in the movie ' Salaam Namaste'.
