Method :

Abse phela carrot ko kaas le,fhir carrot ko kukur me boile kara. jab carot boile ho jay to water se aalag kar le. Ab ginger,garalice, green chile,ko mixer me mas kar la. pan me thoda se oil dala fhir carrot dale 1 min tak dhak kar rakha aur mseh kara fhir bana hua past dale.jab tak pakata raha tab tak mashe na ho jay.

Ek bowl le usme carrot basan, namak garam masala dhanaya powder,kaju ko thida pices kar ka acchi tarh milay.

Nonstick tawa garam kara oil dale aur hatthon se goal akar da aur tawa per dono taraf se saka sos ka sath parose.
