Energy Salad

Ingredients:
   
Cucumber
- 2nos
Orange juice
- 200ml
Lettuce/cabbage
- 5-10 gma/as required
Salt
- to taste
Chilly flakes  - as required

Method :

  • Pour the juice in a pan in low flame.

  • Let the juice reduice to half.

  • Add salt to taste & chilly flakes as per taste.

  • Wash the cucumber well peels them.

  • Cut them in cubes.

  • Wash the cabbage/lettuce. Cut them also in cubes as cucumber.

  • Put cucumber, cabbage/lettuce, orange juice      together.

  • Check the seasoning.

  • Mix well.

  • Keep it in fridge

  • Take it out before serving.

It is very refreshing in summer season.
