Urad Dal Sabzi

Ingredients :
   
Urad dal
- 1/2 cup
Curd
- 1/2 kg
Garlic bud
- 1 full
Onion
- 1/2 kg
Fennel
- 1tb sp
Mustard oil
- 3 spoon
Garam masala
- 2 spoon
Turmeric
- 1.2 sp
Red chilli
- 1.2 spn
Green chili n green coriander leaves. -

Method :

  1. Soak the urad dal in water overnight,grind to a fine semi liuquid paste

  2. In a kadhai,put 3 spoons refined oil and make the paste brown also add the curd, again fry it for 10 more minutes.It shd remain semi liquid

  3. Take a flat big vessel and put the mixture to cool in a thick layer.

  4. As it settles, cut the mixture into rectangular pieces.

  5. Take  a kadhai ,pour the mustard oil.

  6. Fry fennel seeds,chopped garlic,onions,green chilli and put all the spices together...pour half cup water and fry i till 20 minutes.

  7. Put all the pieces together in the masala - fry 6 more minutes.

  8. Serve with tea or even a main course with coriander garnish
