Ingredients :    

Coriander Seeds

- 50 gms

Cumin Seeds

- 50 gms

Black Peppercorns

- 50 gms

Kasuri Methi

- 20 gms

Green Cardamoms

- 30

Cloves

- 15

Sticks Cinnamon (2.5cm long)

- 5

Ajwain

- 1 tsp

Mace

- 1 tsp

Salt

- to taste

Ginger Powder

- 20 gm
Chilli Powder - 20 gm

Method : 

All the ingredients used should be dry. Put them out in the sun for a day. Then blend in a mixer. Sieve and powder the residue again.

Store in a clean, airtight container. It will last for at least 6 months.
