Baked Coconut Delight

Method of Preparation : 

Mix dry ingredients together and (keep aside)

Blend coconut milk, coconut cream and vanilla essence (keep aside)

Beat sugar with eggs well until foamy

Add the egg mixture to the coconut milk mixture and blend well

Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.Add butter.

Pour the prepared mixture into a greased baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 min or until set.
