Method :
Boil the milk in a big pan by stirring continuously. When the milk thickens, add sugar. Keep stirring continuously or the milk will get burnt. Remove from fire when the consistency of the mixture becomes thick enough to roll. It will have a light brownish colour. Make small balls with this mixture and use a seal to make a flat round shape or you can roll the dough into long pieces of medium thickness and cut into flat round shapes with a knife |
