Ingredients :

   
Corn Cobs - 4 large
Parmesan Cheese - ½ cup grated
Lime - 1 no
Cayenne Pepper - 1 tsp
Smoked Paprica - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 teaspoon

Ingredients for Dip :

   
Mayonnaise - ½ Cup
Smoked Paprika - 2 Teaspoons

Method :-

Bring a large pot of water to the boil over high heat, add corn and boil till corn gets cooked.

Make dip with smoked paprika and mayonnaise.

Combine spices in a bowl and mix well.

Take boiled corn and rub the spice mixture on it and put in an oven.

Serve with lime wedges and mayo dip.
