Preparation :
Mince meat in a mixer heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilly, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder, chopped tomato, curry leafs, minced meat and salt. Then mix it well.
When the meat is done move the miced beef to a plate.
Take rice flour in a bowl and mix salt and enough water to make a wet consistancy
Take a puttu maker, add rice flour, a small quantity of grainted coconut & meat masala one after the other & repeat.
Fill the puttu maker, place it on a steamer as shown and then wait till the steams comes out.
When the steam comes out from the top, take out the puttu maker and push the putu out carefully by using a stick to a serving plate.
Hot serve.
