Preparation :
Take a mixy jar and put dry chillies, cloves, pepper powder, mustard, cumin, cinnamon, and vinegar, then grind the masala well.
Take chicken in a bowl and mix, the masala, salt & turmeric powder and keep it aside for 5hrs to marinate.
Again grind half of an onion, ginger, garlic in a mixie jar.
Then heat oil in a pan put the onion paste, saute & add the marinated chicken pieces in it. Add salt to taste & required water. Close the pan with a lid.
After 10-15 mins open the lid, mix & cook well till the oil separates. Move the curry to a serving plate.
