Preparation :
Marinate half kg of beef in a cooker with turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilly powder, meat masala, salt, lime juice for 20-30 minutes, Add water & cook the beef well for 30 minutes in the cooker.
Grind coconut pieces, shallot, dry red chillies, cinnamon, curry leaves, cumin, cardamom & pepper corn finely in a mixer with some water.
Heat some oil in a pan add curry leaves, dry red chillies, ginger, garlic saute well for some time then add onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and salt, mix well.
Add chilly powder, pepper, garam masala, saute well & finally add boiled beef and the masala mix to it. Add little water and cook till the gravy thickens.
Add boiled tapioca, some salt and mix well, Garnish with coriander leaves for nice flavour and simmer for 10 minutes & then transfer to a plate.
Optionally you could top Kappa Biryani with scrambled egg mixed with onion, salt and pepper.
