Cooking Method :
Peel the skin of the tapioca and cut it into small square pieces. Boil the tapioca in water adding salt and turmeric Powder. When it gets boiled, strain the water from tapioca and add coconut oil and curry leaves. Mix well and keep aside.
Clean dried fish and cut it into small pieces. Put it in a pan and half fry it without adding oil on medium flame. When all the water content in the fish gets evaporated let it cool for few minutes. Put it in a mixer and grind it.
Add oil in a Pan and saute onion which is cut in small squares. When onions turn translucent, add required chilly powder and turmeric powder. Add ground fish along with grated coconut and keep stirring till it turns brown in colour.
You can serve tapioca along with chammanthi or mix required chammanthi with tapioca for a mouthwatering breakfast or evening snack.
