Preparation :
Take a bowl and mix refined flour, salt, ghee, baking powder along with water and prepare dough out of it.
Now heat some ghee in a frying pan and put the soaked and crushed dal into it along with garam masala, jeerapowder, red chilli powder, salt and mix it well.
Transfer the dal into a bowl and add some fried & slightly crushed fennel seeds into it and mix.
After 15 mins, take some part of the dough and with your fingers flatten the edges and mold the dough into a cup like shape and place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center and pull the edges of the dough to warp the dal filling.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the stuffed moong dal kachori's on medium-low heat till it becomes golden in colour.
Take out the fried kachori's from oil and transfer it to a dish. Serve the hot dal kachori with chutney or tomato sauce as a evening snacks.
