Cooking Method :
Take chicken pieces in a plate, add red chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, corn flour, lemon juice, mix well & marinate it well for 15 minutes.
Take a pan and heat some oil. When the oil gets hot, fry the marinated chicken pieces in the oil well and move it to a plate.
Take a plate and add yogurt red chilly powder, maida, then mix it well.
Again heat some oil in a pan, add mustard, red chillies, curry leaves, cumin powder, mix well, Saute for some time add the yogurt mixture and again saute well when the gravy thickens add fried chicken pieces in it and mix well.
When the gravy gets almost dry, move the chicken to a plate and garnish with lemon for nice flavour. Now the Hyderabadi Chicken 65 is ready !!! Serve hot.
