Cooking Method :
Heat 2 tbsp of oil at medium flame in a shallow pan. Add chopped onions and stir-fry until it softens and turns golden brown. Now add cubed tomatoes into the pan and continue sautéing till the oil separates. To further spice up the recipe, add Turmeric powder, Garam masala and Red chilly powder. Add some water and continue sautéing to avoid the masala from getting burned, then add a tsp of salt to taste. Now add bread pieces and sauté until it mixes well with the masala.
Finally add beaten eggs to the bread masala and keep frying for 2-3 minutes. Garnish the Bread Egg Masala with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. |
