Mexican Brownie

Ingredients :

   
Butter - 1/2 cup
Cookie Chocolates - 4 cubes
Sugar Powder - 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp
Crushed Cashews - 1/4 cup
Baking Soda - a pinch
Egg - 1
Cinnamon Powder -

Cooking Method :

First we will melt the butter at double boiling. It is a method of melting by keeping the glass container having butter over boiling water in a pan. It is very easy todo at home. Now to this we add cookie chocolate. We have to keep stirring till it melts. Now it has started melting well. Butter and chocolate have blended well and is now in a form of liquid. To this now we add powdered sugar.

We can take this out of flame. Now pour beaten egg to it simultanously continue stirring the mixture. next add cocoa powder to it. Stir and mix it well . Then add maida (refined flour).. and to it add a pinch of baking soda, then mix it. Add this maida to our brownie mixture. To this we add crushed cashew nuts. Now lets add little cinnamon powder to it.. cinnamon is added for a smell.. Now our brownie mixture is ready.

This mixture is then poured to the moulds for baking. Moulds can be of any shape and should be of aluminium. We bake it in an oven at 180 degree C for around 20 mins. It will be ready after 20 minutes.. This can be made in different shapes. If we do it in a round shape.. we can again cut it into small triangle / squire shapes.. Shape of the browine depends on the shape of the mould. Our brownie is ready. Over this I have sprea some cooking chocolate and topped with nuts.
