Cooking Method :
Chop the Ripe Mango into small pieces. Now lets add a portion of it, curry leaves along with Red chilly powder, chopped shallots and salt into a blender.
Grind to a smooth paste with out water. Always remember that you're the chutney should not get too thick or too loose. Hence to retain the consistency add the chopped mangoes pieces accordingly.
Finally your ripe mango Chutney is ready to serve. Ripe mango chutney can be had with Idli or dosa. |
