Cooking Method :
Lets begin by cooking vegetables. Add chopped Beans, Green peas, along with chopped Potato, Carrot and Tomato in a pan with a pinch of salt. Pour water until the vegetables are completely immersed. Cover and boil the vegetables until they are cooked.
Meanwhile boil chicken pieces in another pan with a pinch of salt until the chicken pieces are cooked enough to shred.
Drain the chicken pieces and vegetables from the stock using a slotted spoon. Keep the cooked vegetables, chicken as well the stock aside.
Heat chicken stock mixed with veg stock or water and salt in a pan. Add Oats and let it cook. Shred the chicken pieces into the cooked oatmeal and simmer for 5 more minutes, now add the formerly cooked vegetables and let it boil. Finally add salt according to taste. Your Nutritious Chicken oats soup is ready to serve.
