Cooking Method :
Peel the skin of the pineapple and chop into pieces..
Add chopped Pineapples into the Mixer Jar and strain to get 2 cups of juice. Pour a cup of coconut milk to the juice along with a little sugar. Remember that a little sweetness helps to offset the slight tartness of the pineapple. Blend the ingredients to form a thick consistency.
Pineapples are easily available during summer. Try out, and serve your refreshing yummy Pinita Colada with Ice Cubes...Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
