A cool salad for summer!

Goes well as an accompaniment with any dish.

Ingredients :
Tomato	-	1no
Cucumber	-	1no
Carrot	-	1no
Onion	-	1 medium size
Green chilie	-	1no
Salt	-	to taste
Fresh mint leaves	-	one handful
Garlic shredded	-	2
Vinegar	-	1tbsp
Olive oil	-	1 tbsp
Dry mint leaves	-	½ tsp
