Cooking Method :
- Fry papads and keep it crispy.
- Grind coconut, onion and green chilly together coarsely. Note.. Don't let it become a paste consistency...
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put mustard seeds into it. Let it splutter. Then put curry leaves...
- Add coconut mixture into the pan and fry it till it turns light brown in colour.
- Crush papads and then add the Papad pieces into the pan...
Mix well and switch off the stove. Let the papad remain crispy. Serve hot.
