Preparation:

Primarily grind the onion and tomatoes to a thick paste, in a mixer jar.

Put the pan on the stove on a medium flame and pour oil into it.

When the oil heats up, add mustard seeds into the oil and let it splutter.

Then put the onion and tomato paste into the pan.

Now stir well for some time.

Add chilly powder and Garam masala powder into the mixture.

We can also add just enough water to not to let the mixture go dry.

Add required amount of salt and turn off the stove.
Now the dish is ready to serve. It is really a spicy one. Try it out.
