Bread Cutlet

Ingredients : 

Boiled and Peeled Potatoes - 4 nos
Bread Loafs - 10 nos
Chopped Onion - half cup
Chopped Coriander Leaf - 2 tblsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tblsp
Chilly Powder - 1 tblsp
Chat Masala - 1 tbslp
Finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies - 4 tblsp
Beaten Egg - 2
Powdered Rusk - half a cup
Salt Oil and Water - as required

Method of Preparation:

So in the first step ...in a bowl, soak the bread pieces in little amount water …mix it well so that it forms a fine batter…. now add the peeled and boiled potatoes to the batter .......mash it very well so that the bread and potato forms the dough for the cutlet..…in many cutlets potatoes are used as a base and binding agent ..so if you are a potato lover then this cutlet would be the right one for you!! …after mixing Keep it aside for some time …meanwhile in a hot pan, pour 3 tablespoon of edible oil …to it add chopped onions, coriander leaf, Coriander powder, chilly powder, chat masala, finely chopped ginger and green chilies and add salt as required …sauté it for a while . Remember to cook it in low fire in order not to make it over brown…. when it turns into a light brown shade add this contents to the dough which is already made , mix it well so that it binds nicely …now make flat rounds out of the dough …dip it in beaten egg making sure all crevices and corners are covered in egg ,and then dip the dough into powdered rusk …cover it completely with powder…

Now its time for frying them…for that take a pan which is having a shallow base…heat it and pour excess amount of oil into it…. when it gets heated add the dough one by one..Shallow fry it on both sides till it turns golden brown…transfer it into a plate..Here our delicious bread cutlets are ready ….serve it hot and enjoy …..
