Method of Preparation :
To start with, heat some ghee in a pan and fry the cashwenuts. When they turn into a light brown shade, transfer them onto a bowl. Start filling the dates with cashew, one in each date.
In a bowl, mix in the all purpose flour, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of sugar and turmeric powder
with some amount of water to form a semi- thick batter. Now in a pan, heat oil and fry the dates dipped in batter. Serve hot onto a plate and enjoy! |
