To start with heat milk in a pan, when it gets heated up add sugar and gelatin, which is mixed with warm milk. Stir this mixture for some time. When the milk gets boiled Turn off the stove and allow it to cool for sometime.
When the temperature goes down, add the rose essence and rose color to the mixture stir well Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
