Ripped palntain (paccha palam)	-	3
Chilled milk	-	1cup
Boost	-	1-teaspoon

Method Of Preparation:

Take 3 ripped palntain (paccha palam), 1 cup chilled milk and 1-teaspoon boost

Put all this in a mixer and switch it on for 3 mins your tasty sharja shake s ready

›	you need to add 1 teaspoon sugar & a pinch of cardamon (ealakka). it become much tastier than before.
