Soft and suave model-turned-actor, Khalid
Siddiqui's sweet, loving and sincere face and man-next-door image, has
gained a lot of popularity in the past few years. He has been modeling since
he was 24 years. Khalid mostly concentrates on ad campaigns and did very few
ramp modeling. By now a
recognizable face on TV, Khalid has done many ads like Cadbury's Perk (which
incidentally happens to be his favorite advertisement), Red Label Tea,
Ariel, Bharati Telecom, ICICI, Ponds, Gillette, etc. Apart from doing ad
campaigns, he has also done music videos which include the Colonial
Cousins 'Rhythm of the World', 'Tum Yaad Aaye' by Alka Yagnik and Jaaved
Akhtar, Altaf Raja's 'Pehle to Kabhie Kabhie Gum Tha', Jagjit Singh's
'Seher' and Sukhwinder's 'Nasha Hi Nasha'. He made his mark in the film industry
with 'Joggers' Park', 'Apaharan',
'The Film' and
'Ho Sakta Hai'.
His future plans include acting in theatre. Films and TV are also on his agenda.
