Rural Development :

•	Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme: 33000 for providing a legal guarantee of 100 days of wage employment in a financial year to rural households.
•	Aajeevika (National Rural Livelihood Mission): 4000 for reducing poverty by enabling the poor households to access gainful self-employment and skilled wage employment opportunities.
•	Rural Housing: 15184 for providing assistance to rural BPL households for construction of houses and upgradation of kutcha houses under Indira Awaas Yojana.
•	Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana: 21700 for providing connectivity to eligible unconnected rural habitations through good all-weather roads.

Drinking Water Supply :

•	National Rural Drinking Water Programme: 11000 for supplementing the States in their effort to provide safe and adequate drinking water to all rural habitations.
•	Rural Sanitation: 4260 for rural sanitation.

Land Resources :

•	5387 for Integrated Watershed Management Programme.

Agriculture and Cooperation :

•	9954 for Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (State Plan).

Urban Development :

Power :

•	4500 for Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana. The target is to achieve electrification of 4800 un-electrified villages and offering electricity connections to around 34 lakh BPL households.
•	575 for Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Programme. The objective is to facilitate State Power Utilities to reduce the level of AT&C loss to 15%.

Textiles :

•	2400 for technology upgradation fund scheme

Social Justice and Empowerment :

•	1500 for Post-Matric scholarship for Scheduled Castes.

Nuclear Power :

•	251 for investment in Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Ltd.

Earth Sciences :

•	200 for strengthening research facilities for the Polar Sciences and Cryosphere activities.
•	200 for augmentation of Atmospheric Observation Systems Network to improve operational weather and climate forecast.

Sports :

•	200 for the scheme of Panchayat Yuva Krida Aur Khel Abhiyan.

Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals : 1000 for establishment of Petrochemical Gas Cracker Project at Lapetkata, Assam

Pharmaceuticals : 113 for National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali and establishment of new NIPERs.

Panchayati Raj : 455 for Rajiv Gandhi Panchayat Sashaktikaran Abhiyan.

Industry :  342 for National Automotive Testing and Research & Development Infrastructure Project.

Finance :

•	14000 for recapitalisation of Public Sector Banks to help them maintain comfortable level of CRAR in compliance with Basel III norms.
•	700 for augmenting the capital of NABARD.
•	700 for equity support to EXIM Bank to increase its paid up capital.
•	400 for equity support to IIFCL to increase its paid up capital.
•	100 for creating Women's Self Help Groups (SHG) Development Fund with NABARD to promote Women's SHG in backward areas of the country.
•	100 for India Microfinance Equity Fund, set up with Small Industries Development Bank of India.

Fertilisers :

•	129.99 lakh MT of Nitrogenous Fertiliser production targeted
•	47.89 lakh MT of Phosphatic Fertiliser production targeted.

Coal and Lignite: 

•	609.55 million tonnes of domestic availability of Coal has been assessed during 2013-14, which is projected to be met from Coal India Limited and others.
•	26.03 million tonnes of Lignite production estimated.

Steel :

•	26.00 million tonnes of Iron ore production targeted by National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.
•	17.41 million tonnes of saleable steel production by Steel Authority of India Ltd. and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd.targeted.

New And Renewable Energy : 

•	3000 MW Grid-interactive Power capacity addition from wind,small hydro, biomass power/cogeneration, urban and industrial waste to energy and solar power.
•	1.00 lakh - construction of family type Biogas plants.

Railways : 

•	3000 kilometres of track renewal.
•	1300 kilometres of route electrification.
•	450 kilometres of gauge conversion.
•	500 kilometres of new lines
•	750 kilometres of Doubling and manufacturing of additional 675 locomotives.
