Method:
Fry chopped onion with garlic and green chillies. Add
minced meat and fry for 10 minutes. Add salt. Keep aside after cooking.
Boil two liters of water and drop the noodles in it.
Boil for two minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the noodles through a large sieve and run cold
water over it. Squeeze the water from the noodles and transfer to a serving
bowl.
Pour hot chicken stock into the bowl with noodles.
Put fried meat-onion mixture and finely chopped celery
on top of it. Serve hot. |
