Method of preparation:
Mix the flour in a pan, saute it for 2 min on low fire. Keep it in a wide open plate and when it is cooled, add the Yoghurt, sugar, salt, baking powder. Now knead it with the warm milk. Cover the dough with a wet cotton cloth and keep it aside for 2 hrs.
Divide this mix into small portions, roll it into thick rounds. Heat oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the battura's in hot oil until it pops up. Turn it up side down. Now drain it in a colander, and before the Battura gets cold, prickle it with needle so that the air goes out. Serve hot with
