Method of Preparation :

Mix Maida, Cocoa powder, Baking powder and Baking Soda together and sieve 3 times in a filter.

Beat egg well till it foams up, add powdered sugar followed by sunflower oil. Mix well. Add the Maida-Cocoa mix little by little and keep stirring in one direction preferably with a wooden ladle. Add 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence, and Milk in between gradually.

Grease a pressure cooker with little butter or oil and pour in the cake batter. Close the lid without the washer. There is no need to keep the weight as well. Cook the cake on slow fire for 40 minutes till done. Put in a skewer through the cooker nozzle, and if the cake batter comes out dry, you can make sure that the cake is done.

Preparing Sugar Syrup- Heat water and sugar in a pan, till the sugar melts completely. Stir constantly and simmer for 2-3 minutes, till it forms a syrupy consistency. Turn off the stove, cover the pan and let it cool. It should not become too sticky. After the cake cools, pour sugar syrup on top and refrigerate. Pouring the syrup will make the cake more soft and moist.

Going to try this. Having one doubt. Shall I use butter instead of sunflower oil.

You could always use butter..But i found that sunflower oil made the cakes soft and fluffy.
