Preparation :
Heat oil in a pan, add sliced ginger and garlic along with sliced green chilly and saute. Then add chopped onion and again saute well for some more time.
Then add ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tbsp Chilly powder, 1 tbsp Coriander powder, 1 tbsp garam masala and 1 tbsp pepper. Mix well.
Now add curry leaves along with chopped tomatoes, mix welll and close the lid for 4 to 5 minutes.
Open the lid, add smashed boiled chicken and sliced capsicum in it and again mix and cook for 4to 5 minutes and keep it aside.
Now spread and heat oil on a dosa tawa and spread dosa batter on it, in a round shape.
Now add the chicken masala on top of it and fold the dosa from one side. Cook both sides well till it becomes crispy. Make more dosa in the same manner.
Once the Chicken Dosa gets cooked well, transfer it to a serving platter and serve hot!!!
