Preparation :
Take 1/2 kg of Ladiesfinger and turmeric powder,chilli powder, corriander powder, cumin powder,dry mango powder, salt, corriander leaves and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan add Shallow fry the bhindi and keep aside.
In another pan, heat oil, add chopped onions, tomatoes, potatoes and cook for some time.
Then add required water, salt along with chilli powder and close the lid till it gets cooked.
Now open the lid and the fried bhindi to this. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Transfer to a dish garinsh with fresh coriander leaves & sliced onions. Now the Bhindi Do Pyaza is ready. Serve Hot.
