Preparation :
In a mixing bowl add ginger and garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala powder, corn flour, maida, ajinomoto, food color and salt. Mix all the ingredients till it is combined well. Add 1 beaten egg to make a batter.
Cut the boiled eggs into half and then quarters. Dip the eggs in the batter.
Heat oil for frying in a wok on medium flame. Drop the eggs one by one into oil and start frying once the color changes to light golen drain excess oil and reserve.
Take a pan and heat some oil. Add some garlic , green chilly, ginger garlic paste, Onion, capsicum, tomato, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilly powder, salt, and spring onion and saute well.
Add the fried egg to the pan then mix well and let it simmer on medium flame. After sometime transfer the curry to a serving plate.
