Cooking Method :
Cut fish in cube shaped pieces. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder, chilly powder, cornflour & egg. Mix well and keep aside for 4 hrs.
Deep fry the fish in oil well & move it to a plate.
Heat some oil in a kadayi put tomato sauce, Chilly sauce, soya sauce, green chilly, fish masala, coriander leaves and puthina leaves saute well & place the fried fish in it.
Mix well then the dish is ready.
