Cooking Method :
In a bowl add chicken pieces,coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste.
Put 1/2 tablespoon garam masala, Coriander powder one tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder and some cumin powder for flavour. Mix well.
Add some salt as well for taste. Take chicken pieces from the mixture, fill them in bread slices and roll it. Using a toothpick secure the chicken stuffed bread roll.
Break an egg in a bowl and whisk well. Now coat the egg mixture on a bread roll using a spoon. Roll the stuffed bread in bread crumbs.
Hea oil in a pan, Deep fry the chicken bread rolls in it. Flip and fry the other side as well. Once the bread rolls turn golden brown remove them from oil.
Here our chicken swiss roll is ready! Serve hot and enjoy :)
