Cooking Method :
Heat oil in a pan and saute sliced ginger in it.
Add cabbage, capsicum,spring onion, carrot, onion, and green chilly into it.
Now mix some Soya sauce with corn flour and add into the pan and mix well.
Now add some chilly sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder & salt and Saute for around 5 mins.
Now in another
bowl break 4 eggs. Add pepper powder, salt, sliced onion, and green chilli and beat well.
Heat some butter in a pan and put the egg mixture into it.
Now place a Kerala porota or a chapathi on top and heat both sides.
Now add the boiled vegetables inside the eggporotta and then roll it. Serve hot. |
