Cooking Method :
Chop the boiled potatoes into bite size cubes. Place a kadai on the stove under medium flame. Add ½ cup of cooking oil and fry the potato cubes in it. Add ginger garlic paste in between, for flavor. Fry till the potato cubes turn golden brown, drain the oil using slotted spoon. Keep it aside.
Now to prepare the salad, add ½ cup of chopped onions and 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves along with 1 tsp of green chillies into a bowl. Spice it up by adding a tsp of Chat masala, pinch of red chilly powder and salt. Finish off by adding 2-3 tsps of lemon juice.
Mix the formerly fried potato cubes.. and the salad is ready to serve. |
