Cooking Method :
With a little ghee on the pan, roast the ground flour for about 4-5 minutes. Besan or gram flour is a flour made of chick pea / channa dal / Bengal gram/ Kadala parippu. Add about 150 ml of ghee and mix it to get a creamy
consistency.
Make concentrated sugar syrup - Heat up a little water
and sugar in a pan on a low flame. Keep stirring.
Add Besan ghee mixture into sugar syrup while maintaining
low flame and stirring constantly. Add more ghee as it visibily changes
colour.
Remove from fire when the mixture thickens. Line a cake
pan with ghee and pour the mixture into it.
Once cold, cut into square pieces, and surprise your family with
this divine delicacy.
