Cooking Method :
Cut Bread slices into small pieces. Heat about three
tablespoon of ghee in a thin bottom utensil. Add cashews and dry grapes
and fry till these turn into golden brown. Add bread piece and fry till
it become golden brown.
Add milk and bring it to boil. Cook on a low heat till
bread pieces become soft. Add powdered sugar and remaining ghee and keep
mixing.
Add Cardamom powder and mix it well. Cook till the mixture
becomes thick. Add fried cashews and dry grapes. Transfer it into bowl and garnish with fried nuts and grapes. sweet bread is ready.
