Cooking Method :

Place a non-stick pan over the stove and keep the flame on medium mode. Heat 3 tbsp oil and add grapes into the pan. Sauté the grapes until the grapes release water and soften. Now to further enhance the taste lets add half a teaspoon of chopped green chillies, salt along with coconut masala and sauté the mixture. We can then add a little bit of curd, to thicken our Pachadi.

Now that our grape pachadi is almost ready lets season the recipe. Heat some oil in another pan and splutter mustard seeds, split dried red chillies along with curry leaves, and pour the hot tempering over the formerly made Grape pachadi, sauté the pachadi for 2 minutes. Our spicy grape pachadi is ready to serve.

Note: Instead of grapes one can use pineapple, mango or banana.
