Cooking Method :
Add 6-7 cups of water in a shallow pan. Add 12 medium to large shrimps, shells removed. Then add 2 stalks of minced lemon grass along with sliced galangal or ginger. Add 3-4 pieces of chopped fresh kaffir lime leaf. Add in generous handful of fresh mushrooms sliced into the recipe. Add in half of thinly sliced onions onto it. Let all the ingredients to boil.
You may then add Tom Yum paste into the pan and ass 2 tbsp of fresh sauce into the recipe and let it cook. Lets add a tbsp of sugar into the recipe along with sliced green chilies. Then add stem portion of coriander leaves into the curry. Now that our Tom Yum Kung is almost prepared you may switch off the stove and season your recipe with the juice of 3 halves of lemon. Our Tom Yum Kung Soup is ready to serve. Garnish the recipe with coriander leaves for added flavour. |
