Cooking Method :
Heat oil in a shallow pan. Once the oil turns piping hot, splutter mustard seeds, then add thinly sliced onions into the pan and continue sautéing for sometime. Once the onions glaze, add coriander powder, red chilly powder and stir well. Now lets add cooked green peas into the vessel and continue sautéing. Add pepper powder and then a little water to avoid the masala from getting burned. Finally add salt to taste. Our green peas masala filling is ready.
In order to prepare Oats dosa batter lets grind oats in a mixer until it turns into fine powder. Add a little of dosa batter along with salt and mix all the ingredients together in the mixer for 2-3 minutes so that our finely powdered oats and dosa batter blend properly.
Now we will make dosa's. Heat a non-stick pan or iron tawa, add a few drops of oil. Once the tawa is heated, bring the flame to medium and pour a ladle of batter in the center. Using the back of the ladle spread the batter in a circular motion. Once the edges starts browning reduce the heat and turn the other side to cook. Once our Oats dosa is cooked keep some green peas filling inside and fold the dosa into half.
