Ingredients :

   
Sago solids - ½ cup
Milk - 1 glass
Milk powder - 3-4 tbsp
Sliced Banana - 2-3 nos
Cashew nuts - 6-7 nos
Raisins - 6-7 nos

Cooking Method :

We can start by cooking Sago. In a vessel boil 2-3 cups of water. When the water starts boiling add sago. Lower the fire & simmer for 10 minutes. Occasionally stir the sides and bottom of the vessel to prevent sticking. After 10 minutes, the sago will turn partially translucent. Switch off the stove and keep the sago aside for later use.

To prepare Frothy Milk shake add a glass of Cold Milk, 3-4 tbsp of milk Powder, Cashew Nut, Sliced Banana and Sugar to a blender. Blend the mixer at high-speed. Our milk shake is ready.

In order to prepare our Sago Milkshake, we need to first pour the cooked sago solids into a glass; you may add raisins as well. Pour the formerly cooked milkshake as the second layer with Cashew nuts and Raisins as toppings.. There.. your Crunchy Sago Milkshake is ready to serve.
