Cooking Method:
Remove the stem of Broccoli and wash well. Chop in to pieces and keep it aside.
Splutter mustard seeds in a pan; followed by cumin seeds, Bengal gram and black gram dal.
Add red chillies and curry leaves and fry well.
Now add broccoli and sauté well.
Add turmeric, mix well and sprinkle water into it.
Leave it on a medium flame for some time.
When the water gets absorbed it will become dry, then add coconut powder and salt. Mix well.
Swirl it on medium flame for 2 more minutes.
Switch off the stove & transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
