Cooking Method
Put the tomatoes in boiling water..
Wait till the skin of the tomatoes start to break..., Then mash them well..
Put green chilly and ginger and stir well.
Add coconut milk in to the boiling pulp mixture inside the vessel....
Add pepper powder and required amount of salt...
Stir well. When it starts to boil, turn off the stove and pour 1 tbsp of coconut oil...
Add curry leaves too...
Now the curry is ready to serve.... It is a good dish to serve for a meal... |
